Just a short 10-minute drive from the renowned wine town of Martinborough, Bumblebee Cottage offers a serene escape with its beautiful surroundings and lovely hosts. the annex, a cozy addition next door, equipped with a loveseat and reading lamp, provides a perfect spot to unwind. Our group of friends found the cottage to be spacious and accommodating, with the hosts going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the large lawns with ample parking under shady trees added to the relaxed atmosphere. As an environmental scientist, I appreciated the peaceful setting and the sounds of birdsong that filled the air. the inclusion of electric bikes and the emphasis on sustainable practices resonated with my values. the option to accommodate up to three children under 16 years old for a small fee per night makes this a family-friendly choice.
